This gift from a friend got a start (in paint) for Solstice, and is now finished (I think :-)) The egg is painted black, with a Blood Moon, a gold tree, scratched in lightening, etc. The images with other colors are digital variations!

This is a painting in graphite and watercolor, just completed. It is one of my “Faces of the Women” series.
This series of paintings honors all the women who have come forward to describe the abuse they have suffered, and all the women who will never find the voice or the safe space to tell their own stories.
