GAC 400

P.T. Artist Sandra Stowell Posted on January 6, 2016 by ptartistJanuary 5, 2016

Only the necessity of a new project could get me to clear off a table in my studio:Very temporary clear surface

Now I have three molded fabric experiments drying after application of stiffener:  these are saturated with Golden Acrylic 400, then draped or placed into lined molds & weighted down with gravel or beans!  A few minutes later wGAC 400

They will probably take 2-3 daysGAC 400 on celtic knot to dry. Not sure how stiff they will get…

I am always creating installation pieces in my studio; some last for years others are rearranged or dismantled after a few weeks or months:

Christmas (presents)

P.T. Artist Sandra Stowell Posted on December 22, 2015 by ptartistDecember 28, 2015
So hard to cut neat circles even with a guide!
A tiny sprinkle of copper glitter for the finish.
Not sure the gloss medium finish will hold up well on key chains…

So I hope the boxes get appreciated: plenty of work removing labels, sanding, etc.
Now that the presents are done, new circle cutters!

Was NOT finished

The egg has been replaced.  And then the moon has been given a little more punch… & a better photo… 🙂
